" In 2006 after getting settled in our new home we decided we
would like to have our basement finished. After talking to Vaughn personally, he gave us
some ideas of what we could achieve in the space we had. With Vaughn’s suggestions we actually
put more space into the basement.
Vaughn also suggested we compare his prices to his competitors. The value for the dollar
will not be matched in our opinion. Other people in our area told us what the builder
charged for a finished basement in our style home. It was several thousand more that what
Vaughn’s price was.
Vaughn’s specialty is doing trim work. Trim work is the finishing touch and quite often
takes a skilled hand to accomplish. When you look at our basement you can see his work
from the stair railings to the T.V. cabinet he made for us, to the trey ceiling that has
stained wood in it.
We are very pleased with our new living spaces downstairs. We have additional
bedroom for guests. A full bath. A living room and an exercise room down there. I invite

"Vaughn did an incredible job when he created our basement.
We had a basement where the ducts and pipes were very low. Vaughn spent a lot of time designing a
spectacular basement in an improbable situation. He had to move ducts and water pipes, but he took
his time and came up with a great design. He put in all of the little extras such as a tiled bar
area, a teak ceiling, columns with sconces in the media room and a custom media cabinet."
